The Zilla Parishad administration of erstwhile West Godavari district completed the process of digitising the service details of employees across all cadres, on Tuesday. Zilla Parishad Chairperson Ghanta Padmasri Prasad released a special message to the employees on the occassion.

Speaking on the initiative, the Chairperson said that it was essential for every employee working under the Zilla Parishad to update their service details through Proforma-3 and the Google Form link provided. The information collected will play a significant role that will benefit employees in the long run, she said.

“This digital database will enable faster and more transparent decision-making in matters such as promotions, transfers, preparation of seniority lists, and the implementation of welfare schemes. In particular, retired employees will greatly benefit as the availability of accurate information on a central digital platform will make the processing of retirement benefits easier and quicker,” Ms. Padmasri Prasad said.

Calling it a major step towards administrative digitalisation, she appealed to all employees to submit accurate details within the stipulated time. Officials, Accounts officers, and staff members participated in the programme.
