Court denies bail to woman accused in TCS Nashik case

A local court in Nashik on Saturday (May 2, 2026) rejected the anticipatory bail application of Nida Khan, an accused in a case involving allegations of sexual misconduct and forced religious conversion at a unit of the IT company TCS in Nashik.

The prosecution noted that her custodial interrogation was necessary in view of “the serious nature of offense registered against her.”
