Minister for Higher Education Govi. Chezhiaan on Tuesday said teaching and ministerial staff working in government arts and science, education, engineering and polytechnic colleges could apply online for the general counselling for transfers for 2025-26.
In a statement, Mr. Chezhiaan said applications could be submitted from December 24, 2025, to January 5, 2026.
Accordingly, teachers, librarians, physical education directors, technical staff and ministerial staff working in government arts and science, education, engineering and polytechnic colleges under the Higher Education Department have been provided the facility to apply online for the general counselling for transfers.
Application portals
Employees under the Directorate of Collegiate Education have been asked to apply through the websites www.dcetransfer.in and www.nonteaching.dcetransfer.in, while those under the Directorate of Technical Education may apply through www.tndotetransfer.in.
