The Centre of Excellence of Christian Medical College organised a workshop on modern health science library services and information management at its campus in Vellore on Thursday. According to a press release, the workshop showcased CMC’s excellence in library infrastructure, knowledge management, academic resource strategy, digital library integration, evidence-based information access, faculty and student engagement, accreditation readiness, and future trends in health science library services.
The workshop facilitated peer-to-peer learning among leading medical institutions, encouraged adoption of modern library practices, created a platform for discussing future library transformation, strengthening collaboration within the Indian medical academic ecosystem and inspire actionable improvements in participant institutions, the release said.
