Members of the Federation of Churches and All Christian Associations United Forum have appealed to the Andhra Pradesh government to take measures to restore peace at Pedapeta in Akiveedu mandal of West Godavari district.

Tension prevailed in Akiveedu after two groups clashed during Ram Navami celebrations at Pedda Peta on March 27.
