Around 26 years after the incident, a Delhi court on Tuesday sentenced Central Bureau of Investigation Joint Director Ramneesh Geer and retired Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Vivek Pandey to three months’ imprisonment in a case related to a controversial search operation conducted on October 19, 2000, at the house of Indian Revenue Service officer Ashok Kumar Aggarwal.
