The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested a person on the charge of recruiting Indian nationals for cyber scam compounds located in foreign jurisdictions, including Cambodia.

The accused has been identified as Krishna Kumar Lakhwani, who belongs to Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh.
