Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Tuesday (September 16, 2025) conducted raids at properties linked to Ambedkar, working as an Additional Divisional Engineer (ADE) in the Electricity Department and his family, after a case of disproportionate assets was filed against him.

The searches are currently underway and are being carried out by 15 teams across 18 locations in Hyderabad, Nalgonda, Nizamabad and Medak. During the searches, officials so far have seized cash over ₹2 crore stacked in bundles at one of his relatives’ residence. Further updates are awaited.
