A special session on mental health and stress management was conducted for officers and staff of Yelahanka, Vidyaranyapura, Kodigehalli, and Yelahanka New Town police stations under the north-east division.

The session led by well-being officer, Wazeera Begum, focused on key psychological challenges faced by police personnel, including occupational stress, handling emergency situations, unpredictable duty hours, and maintaining a balance between professional and personal life.
