Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will deposit ₹7,000 into the accounts of the beneficiaries of Annadata Sukhibhava – PM Kisan second instalment, on November 19 from Kamalapur Assembly limits in Kadapa district.

Agriculture Minister K. Atchannaidu on Monday held a video-conference from his camp office in Nimmada with agriculture department officials of all the 26 districts asking them to ensure all eligible farmers get the scheme. He said that as the Centre will be releasing the PM Kisan benefit of ₹2,000 to each eligible farmer on November 19, the State government would add ₹5,000 of its share and deposit the ₹7,000 into the accounts of the farmers.

Mr Atchannaidu asked officials to identify if any beneficiary farmer has died, issue death mutation to his heir and ensure the scheme is applicable to them.

Officials informed the Minister that 46,62,904 farmers will benefit through the scheme in the State and a total of ₹3,077.77 crore will be deposited into the accounts of the farmers.

Mr Atchannaidu asked officials to set up a toll free number so that people can get their queries resolved with regards to the scheme.
