Anand Appugol fraud case: Depositors told to submit documents in Bengaluru

Depositors claim that Anand Appugol, the promoter of Krantiveera Sangolli Rayanna Urban Co-operative Society, owes them over ₹300 crore.

The competent authority (under KPID Act) has asked depositors affected by alleged financial irregularities in the Belagavi-based Krantiveera Sangolli Rayanna Urban Co-operative Society to submit relevant documents in person at its office in Bengaluru.

This follows an order by the High Court of Karnataka dated November 4, 2025.
