Police sounded high alert in Andhra Pradesh, after the Delhi blasts in which nine persons were killed and few others were injured on Monday (November 10, 2025).

After the suspected terror attack, the State and Central Intelligence and other agencies sounded high alert in the State.

Police conducted vehicle checks across the State, National Highways and in all districts.

In Vijayawada, police conducted surprise checks in hotels and lodges. The officers verified the ledgers and checked the ID and Aadhar cards of those staying in lodges.

Police asked the hotel owners to alert the nearest police, if they notice any strangers moving or staying in lodges suspiciously.
