AIADMK gets 10,175 applications from ticket aspirants for Assembly polls in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Puducherry

The AIADMK has received 10,175 applications from ticket aspirants for the 2026 Assembly elections in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Puducherry.

Of these applications, 2,187 have been received from those who have expressed their desire for party general secretary Edappadi K. Palaniswami to contest from their constituencies, according to a release from the party.

The AIADMK also announced that Mr. Palaniswami would visit Veerapandi in Salem district on January 4 and address a women’s conference in Kallakurichi the next day.
