Hyderabad’s newest addition to its booming Food and Beverage (F&B) scene is all set to make a statement. Spread across 40,000 square feet, a new restaurant in Financial District promises a multi-sensory world where architecture, gastronomy, music, and design converge to create experiences. Called Asembli, the new restaurant promises to raise the bar for hospitality in the city.

In a year that has seen Hyderabad embrace a larger-than-life approach to dining spaces, Asembli joins a growing list of ambitious ventures. The newly opened Niloufer Café in Hitech City spans 40,000 square feet, earning the title of India’s largest chai café, while MOAI restobar in the Financial District stretches across 24,000 square feet. Even Akina, the contemporary Asian dining destination, occupies 12,000 square feet in the same neighbourhood. Clearly, size and sophistication have become the defining markers of Hyderabad’s evolving culinary culture.

Designed by Anirudh Osuri of Design Epicenter, the culinary vision is that of Chef Varun Inamdar. The menu is built on the idea of shared experiences, combining regional Indian flavours with contemporary techniques and international flair. The food journey is complemented by a beverage programme, curated by an international mixologist who promises to redefine Hyderabad’s cocktail culture.

“We did not just build a venue, we assembled a feeling. Asembli is a stage for life’s most vibrant moments, a place where Hyderabadis from all walks of life can come together, celebrate boldly, and create memories for a lifetime,” said Nagineni Srikanth Rao, founder of Asembli.
