Television actor Mohsin Khan has announced his engagement to his partner Tamanna. The actor shared pictures from their intimate ceremony on social media, giving fans a glimpse of the special occasion. Alongside the photographs, Mohsin shared a heartfelt note about their relationship and said he knew he had found his ‘Person’ when they first met.
Reflecting on their journey, the actor wrote that their story felt as though it had been “written in the stars”. He also spoke about building a life together, describing their engagement as the beginning of their forever.
Mohsin Khan shares pictures from engagement
Mohsin posted several pictures from the celebrations. In one of the photographs, the couple can be seen posing together with a flower bouquet. They opted for classic black-and-white looks for the occasion. Tamanna was later seen in a white dress and a red gown, while Mohsin wore a black suit with a white shirt and red tie. One of the pictures also showed Tamanna flaunting her engagement ring.
Mohsin’s long note
The actor also shared a long note along with images as he wrote, ‘Allahumma baarik! Ya Allah So this crazy beautiful confident sensitive girly – always laughing and teasing, hoping and praying, always dancing and singing – was written for me in the heavens. The first time we looked at each other, the first time I held your hand to the first time you sang “Hum toh bhai jaise hai waise rahenge” I knew something within me settled. I had found my Person. ‘I was always told that when your forever person arrives, it will somehow become the easiest and yet the most important decision you will ever make’
He further wrote, ‘Maybe our story was already written in the stars. Or maybe, once in a lifetime, two people simply find each other at exactly the moment they were always meant to. As we begin this new journey of our Lives together, A journey filled with Love, Friendship & a Lifetime of Memories…Let me quote from your fav film my Love “Mohabbat kya hoti hai ye toh mai nai jaanta, Lekin iss k liye dil se ek dua zaroor nikalti hai ke iski aakho mai kabhi aasu naa aaye…hamesha hasti rahey…Ab issey Mohabbat kahey toh Mohabbat sahi”. Celebrities congratulate Mohsin and Tamanna
The announcement was met with congratulatory messages from several members of the television industry. Singer Stebin Ben wrote, “Badhaiyaaaaaan.” Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actor Swati Chitnis also congratulated Mohsin, while Rupali Ganguly wrote, “Congratulations. so so happy for you. Stay happy Stay blessed.” Nia Sharma joined the celebrations as well, commenting, “Love and luck. forever.. beautiful this is.”
Mohsin Khan’s television career
Mohsin Khan rose to prominence with Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, where he played Kartik Goenka opposite Shivangi Joshi, who portrayed Naira Singhania. His portrayal of Kartik made him a popular name among television audiences. The actor has since appeared in several television projects and music videos.
On the work front, Mohsin Khan was last seen in the 2024 JioCinema series Jab Mila Tu, in which he played Maddy. Mohsin has also featured in several music videos, including Bahut Pyaar Tumse Karta Hai Dil, Sukoon and Chand Naraz Hai.
