Vizianagaram District Collector S. Ramsundar Reddy on Saturday said the SARAS exhibition, scheduled from September 28 to October 8, would benefit both artisans and buyers through 244 stalls at the MANSAS exhibition ground, located between Balaji Road and the APSRTC complex.

He told the media that artisans from across the country would offer quality products at reasonable prices, benefiting buyers as there would be no middlemen.

He added that NABARD, Union Bank of India, Stree Nidhi, MEPMA, and other organisations had extended support for the exhibition. Cultural programmes would also be organised in the evenings to showcase the culture and traditions of Vizianagaram.

The Collector expressed hope that the exhibition would attract large crowds, as it coincides with the Tholellu and Sirimanotsavam celebrations on October 6 and 7.
