A woman has been booked for attacking medical staff and creating a nuisance at a private hospital in LB Nagar on Saturday (June 28, 2026) night after doctors informed her that she was not in any danger.

The accused, identified as K. Lalitha, was taken to Shreshta Orange Hospital after complaining of a stomachache. According to the police, she turned violent after doctors examined her and told her that her condition was not serious.

A CCTV video of the incident, which has since been making rounds on social media, shows Lalitha kicking and assaulting members of the medical staff before leaving the hospital.

LB Nagar Inspector K. Vinod Kumar said Lalitha is a business partner of one of the hospital’s owners and that the medical staff were unaware of her association with the management.

“The medical staff was not aware that she was an associate of one of the members of the management. She just came in to create a nuisance and left,” the inspector said.

Following a complaint lodged by the hospital management, the LB Nagar police registered a case against Lalitha and initiated an investigation.
