Hyderabad will host two major international events in the field of non-destructive evaluation (NDE) this November, bringing together experts from the aerospace, defence, energy and manufacturing sectors from across the world.

For the first time, the 36th Annual Conference on Non-Destructive Evaluation and Enabling Technologies (NDE 2026) and the 15th International Symposium on NDT in Aerospace (AeroNDT 2026) will be held on a common platform at the HITEX Exhibition Centre from November 14 to 17. The events are being organised by the Hyderabad chapter of the Indian Society for Non-Destructive Testing (ISNT).

According to organisers, the joint event, themed ‘Innovation for Strategic and Economic Excellence’, is expected to attract over 2,000 professionals, researchers, academicians and students. More than 50 exhibitors have already confirmed participation, while over 100 exhibitors are expected to showcase advanced NDE technologies and solutions.

AeroNDT 2026 is the only dedicated aerospace non-destructive testing event scheduled to be held in the Asia-Pacific region during the second half of 2026, they added.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy Pralhad Joshi are expected to participate as chief guests at key sessions.
