Dak Adalat to be organised by Anna Road H.P.O. on June 17

The Anna Road Head Post Office will organise a unit-level Dak Adalat at 4 p.m. on June 17.

The Chief Postmaster will in-person hear customer grievances related to the Postal Department’s products and services at the HPO. Customers may walk in with their complaints or may send them over by post or email to annaroadho@indiapost.gov.in. Written complaints should carry the caption ‘Dak Adalat’ and should reach the office on or before June 15.

Complaints pertaining to postal articles should contain date and time of posting, full address of sender and recipient, registration receipt number with date and the office where the article was booked. Complaints about savings and insurance schemes should contain account number or policy number, name and full address of depositor or insured, name of the post office and other references of the department.
