Political strategist Sunil Kanagolu, who worked with the Congress on election strategy ahead of the 2023 Assembly elections has been appointed as the Chief Adviser to Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar on Monday.
He will have the status of Cabinet Minister, according to a notification.
