New Collectors for Vellore, Ranipet, and Tiruvannamalai districts

The Tamil Nadu government on Friday posted new Collectors for Vellore, Ranipet and Tiruvannamalai districts.

According to a press release, P.S. Leela Alex was named Vellore Collector, while N. Priya and Vandana Garg were appointed Collectors of Ranipet and Tiruvannamalai districts respectively.

The incumbent Vellore Collector V.R. Subbulaxmi has been posted as Member Secretary, Chennai Rivers, Restoration Trust and Managing Director, Chennai Rivers Transformation Company Limited, which was earlier headed by Ms. Alex.

Tiruvannamalai Collector K. Tharpagaraj was posted as Director, Rehabilitation and Welfare of Non-Resident Tamils.

The incumbent Ranipet Collector J.U. Chandrakala has been posted as Joint Managing Director and Project Director, WB (World Bank) and ADB (Asian Development Bank) Projects, Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board, the release said.
