The confusion surrounding the post of the Chief Minister in Karnataka will be cleared in a few days, Public Works Minister Satish Jarkiholi claimed here on Monday.

“The Congress high command will invite some important leaders to New Delhi to discuss the issue. All issues will be discussed there in detail and everything will be resolved soon,” Mr. Jarkiholi, who is also the KPCC working president, told reporters.

He was responding to a statement by the former Minister K.N. Rajanna that if Siddaramaiah were to be discontinued, he will prefer Home Minister G. Parameshwara to be the next Chief Minister.
