Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu congratulated actor Mohanlal on being conferred the Dadasaheb Phalke award, the country’s highest honour given in the field of cinema.
He mentioned that Mohanlal made outstanding contributions as an actor, director and producer that enriched Indian cinema and have been inspiring generations. Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan congratulated Mohanlal on being chosen for the Dadasaheb Phalke award.
In a message on ‘X’, Mr. Kalyan said, Mr. Mohanlal played diverse roles and received five National Awards. In his few Telugu films, Mr. Mohanlal impressed the audiences and films such as Iruvar and Company are well remembered. Mr. Kalyan wished that Mohanlal should continue to portray more versatile roles.
