Pavankumar Bhimappa Bajanthri on Sunday (September 21, 2025) took oath as the chief justice of the Patna High Court.
The oath was administered by Bihar Governor Arif Mohammad Khan in a ceremony at the Raj Bhavan.
The function was attended by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, his deputy Samrat Choudhary and several other dignitaries.
A notification in this regard was issued by the Union Ministry of Law and Justice on Saturday (September 20, 2025).
