The Bombay High Court on Tuesday (May 5, 2026) asked the Maharashtra government to modify a lookout circular (LOC) against Sangram Patil, a U.K.-based doctor and YouTuber, so that he can fly back to his home country by May 11.

Dr. Patil, a British national of Indian origin, was stopped from returning to the United Kingdom after immigration authorities cited the LOC. He is named in an FIR at NM Joshi Marg Police Station in Mumbai for posts alleged to be against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other BJP leaders.
