Kerala Assembly polls: Thrissur set for counting day

Thrissur district is fully geared up for the counting of votes in the 2026 Assembly elections, with authorities completing elaborate arrangements to ensure a smooth, transparent and secure process. District Election Officer and Collector Shikha Surendran said all systems are in place for the exercise.

Vote counting for the district’s 13 Assembly constituencies will be conducted at three centres — Government Engineering College, Thrissur; Sree Krishna College, Guruvayur; and Christ College, Irinjalakuda.
