Telangana government to clear ₹6,000 crore retirement benefits in 100 days, promises Revanth Reddy

Representatives of government employees unions meeting with Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy in Hyderabad on Saturday.

Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy assured government employees that the State would clear retirement benefits worth ₹6,000 crore within the next 100 days and announced a series of measures aimed at addressing employees’ welfare and service-related concerns.

Addressing leaders of various employee unions, the Chief Minister pointed out that immediately after assuming office, the government had taken key decisions in favour of employees, including ensuring payment of salaries on the first day of every month. He said the government also created an atmosphere where employee unions could conduct elections freely and transparently.
