Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Friday (May 1, 2026) attended the May Day and Pedala Sevalo programmes at Pamidimukkala in the Pamarru constituency.

To mark International Workers’ Day, the Chief Minister presented Shrama Shakti awards to outstanding workers and industrial management. Exhibition stalls at the venue showcased welfare schemes, skill-development initiatives and services integrated through the State’s skill-development portal. Officials explained how departments such as the Skill Development Corporation, MEPMA, Health and Civil Supplies were being coordinated to improve employment opportunities.
