Ponguleti sets May-end deadline for allocating pending 2BHK houses

Revenue and Housing Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy chairing a review meeting with Ministers, MPs, MLAs, MLCs, district collectors and officials from the erstwhile Medak and Karimnagar districts on Thursday.

Revenue and Housing Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy directed officials to complete identification of beneficiaries and allotment of all pending double-bedroom (2BHK) houses across the State by the end of May.

Chairing a comprehensive review meeting with Ministers, MPs, MLAs, MLCs, district collectors and officials from the erstwhile Medak and Karimnagar districts, he said that unfinished 2BHK houses would be completed under the Indiramma Housing Scheme by providing up to ₹5 lakh after deducting the expenditure already incurred.
