Palle Veekshana to be held across 700 villages in Nellore district, says Collector

Collector Himanshu Shukla said that the ‘Palle Veekshana’ programme will be organised in more than 700 villages across SPSR Nellore district to ensure that all government schemes are being implemented effectively. He particpated in the ‘Palle Veekshana’ programme at Ananthavaram village of Dagadarthi mandal in SPSR Nellore district on Thursday.

Touring the village extensively, the Collector inspected the employment guarantee works and made suggestions to the officials regarding the quality of the works. He inspected the dragon fruit and mango orchards cultivated using natural farming and drip irrigation methods. Mr. Shukla then visited Mini Gokulam and anganwadi centres and interacted with the children.
