Kerala Assembly elections: Wayanad gears up for vote counting on May 4

Officials say that 14 electronic voting machine (EVM) counting tables have been set up in each constituency. Each table will have a gazetted-rank counting supervisor, a counting assistant and a micro observer.

Preparations are in full swing in Wayanad district for the counting of votes for the Kerala Assembly elections on May 4.

Votes will be counted at three centres. Counting for the Kalpetta Assembly constituency will be held at SKMJ High School, while that for the Sulthan Bathery constituency will take place at St. Mary’s College. Counting for the Mananthavady Assembly segment will be conducted at St. Patrick’s School.
