From May 11, 2026, numbers prefixed with ‘Cn’ (standing for Census) will be written on the walls of all houses and buildings in Telangana as part of the Census 2027 process, incidentally the first to be conducted after the formation of the State.

Prior to the house-to-house visit by enumerators and supervisors, the self-enumeration will be open in Telangana for 15 days — from April 26 to May 10. This is an online (https://se.census.gov.in/) process.
