Fresh fragrance of jasmine flowers on acres of farmland in Palanandal village, which form part of Chengam Assembly constituency that is a reserved seat for Scheduled Castes (SC) in Tiruvannamalai district, identifies itself with farming that forms the nucleus of this Assembly seat.
