Leaders of Left parties on Tuesday accused the BJP-led NDA government, along with the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), of deliberately delaying the implementation of the women’s reservation issue and announced plans to take the issue to the people.

CPI(M) State secretary V. Srinivasa Rao, CPI national leader Akkineni Vanaja, CPI(ML) Liberation leader Harinath, CPI(ML) New Democracy leaders Polari and Ramakrishna, and MCPI(U) leader Khader Basha and others were addressing the media here on Tuesday.
