Mechanic hacked to death by friend

A 25-year-old mechanic was allegedly hacked to death by his friend in an empty plot near Sarjapur on Thursday evening, the police said.

The deceased has been identified as Mohan, a native of a village in Tamil Nadu. The accused, Manoj, 25, from the same village, has been arrested.
