Sharmila urges CM to oppose Delimitation Bill citing risks to A.P. political representation

Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) president Y.S. Sharmila on Wednesday expressed strong opposition to the proposed delimitation process by the Central Government.

In a letter to the Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, Ms. Sharmila demanded to oppose the Delimitation Bill, unite all MPs across parties against it, and convene a special Assembly session to pass a resolution rejecting the Centre’s proposal.
