Vijayanagar Deputy Commissioner Kavitha S. Mannikeri said that education, coupled with perseverance, holds the key to success and freedom, drawing inspiration from the life of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.

She was speaking after inaugurating the celebration for the 135th birth anniversary of Ambedkar and the 119th birth anniversary of Babu Jagjivan Ram, organised by the district administration, zilla panchayat, and the Social Welfare Department at Ambedkar Circle in Hosapete on Tuesday (April 14).
