A fire broke out at a residential building in Anand Nagar Colony, Chintal Basti, on Saturday morning, triggering a swift response from fire personnel who safely evacuated all occupants without any injuries.

The incident was reported at 7.07 a.m. at a residence in Sri Sai Nilayam, a ground-plus-three-storey building with a penthouse, located opposite Ram Leela Ground. According to officials, the fire originated on the ground floor under the staircase in the electrical meter area, and is suspected to have been caused by an electrical fault.
