A bomb threat email sent to the Customer Engagement Centre of Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) created panic among airport authorities, triggering an immediate security response.

According to a complaint filed at the International Airport Police Station, the incident occurred on April 5 at around 11:14 a.m., when staff at the BIAL Customer Engagement Centre received a suspicious email from the ID seema_kunjan@outlook.com. The email was sent to official airport addresses.
