The valedictory function of the 49th Higher Air Command Course (HACC) was held at the College of Air Warfare in Secunderabad on April 1 (Wednesday), marking the culmination of a key professional military education programme for senior officers of the armed forces.
The course, which commenced on June 23, 2025, saw participation from officers of the rank of Group Captain and their equivalents from all three services. The programme is designed to prepare officers for senior command and staff appointments by strengthening their understanding of the operational and strategic employment of aerospace power, integrated military operations, and broader elements of national power.
