A bird watching programme being organised by Youth Hostels Association of India Gangothri unit at Kukkarahalli Lake in Mysuru on Sunday.

About 75 people including 20 children participated in the bird watching programme organised by the Gangothri unit of Youth Hostels Association of India (YHAI) at Kukkarahalli Lake in Mysuru on Sunday.
The bird watching programme was organised in the presence of naturalist A. Shivaprakash.
A total of 63 bird species including two migratory birds were sighted at the lake within a span of two and a half hours between 7 a.m. and 9.30 a.m., said an organiser.
