Retired IAS officer Atulya Misra and retired IPS officer Abhay Kumar Singh subscribed oath of office as State Information Commissioners, in the presence of Tamil Nadu Governor R.N. Ravi in the Lok Bhavan in Chennai on Friday. State Chief Information Commissioner Md. Shakeel Akhter and senior officials were present on the occasion.
