Addressing senior officers and staff of the power utilities after laying foundation stone for the APSEB Engineers’ Association (APSEBEA) guest house at Vidyut Soudha here on Thursday, Mr. Vijayanand said the government has taken concrete steps to improve institutional infrastructure in the Energy Department since 2017, and highlighted the creation of some major facilities, including the Vidyut Soudha (headquarters of AP-Genco and AP-Transco).

The Chief Secretary appreciated the initiative of the association towards capacity building and contributing to knowledge sharing.

AP-Genco in-charge Managing Director P. Pulla Reddy, AP-Transco Directors A.K.V. Bhaskar, J.V. Rao and N.V. Ramana Murthy, AP-Genco Directors M. Sujaya Kumar, P. Ashok Kumar Reddy and V.
