A 15-month-old girl has been adopted by a Kerala-based couple through the Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA) of the Ministry of Women and Child Development in Dr. B. R. Ambedkar District on Wednesday.
In an official release, District Collector R. Mahesh Kumar stated that the Kerala-based couple, have adopted the toddler an inmate of Sishu Gruha in Amalapuram. Sishu Gruha manager M. Vanajakshi, District Child Protection Officer B. Uma Lakshmi and other officials were present.
