The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has revised its luggage charges, increasing them by around 15%, in line with the bus fare hike implemented in 2025. The revised luggage rates will come into effect from February 16, Monday.

Passengers are allowed to carry luggage weighing up to 30 kg free of cost. The revised charges will apply only to luggage exceeding this limit. The rates have been fixed based on stages, with one stage, in KSRTC terms, equal to six kilometres.
