To coordinate party-related activities for the upcoming Assembly elections in the State, the Tamil Nadu unit of the BJP on Wednesday (February 11, 2026) formed a seven-member election management committee under the chairmanship of its president Nainar Nagenthran.

In a statement, Mr. Nagenthran said former Union Minister and party’s national executive committee member Pon. Radhakrishan will serve as the organiser of the committee, while S.R. Sekhar, R.N. Jayaprakash, M. Vengadesan, Mala Selvakumar, and S.R. Ramapriyan will function as co-organisers.

This committee will spearhead the election-related activities of the party to ensure the victory of National Democratic Alliance (NDA), he said.
