Rajahmundry Central Prison has won the bronze medal in the hygiene category for maintaining exemplary hygiene standards during the 7th All India Prison Duty Meet-2025, held at the RBVRR Telangana State Police Academy in Hyderabad.

In an official statement, Prison Superintendent S. Rahul said the prison secured third place for its commitment to cleanliness and hygienic conditions. He credited the supporting staff for their dedication in ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment within the prison.
