Tesla, a Texas-based automotive and clean energy firm, on Tuesday said it would debut the brand in Bengaluru by offering a pop-up (an interactive showcase) experience in the city between January 15 and 31.

The Tesla Pop-Up, hosted at the ACKO Drive Service Centre, Kudlu Gate, would offer EV enthusiasts an opportunity to experience Tesla up close for the first time in the City, Tesla said in a statement.

According to Tesla, the pop-up will feature four Tesla Model Y, enabling visitors to explore the vehicles through guided walkarounds. The EV firm also said the pop-up was designed to serve the growing interest in electric mobility in Bengaluru, one of India’s leading technology and innovation hubs.

People can book their test drive slots on the Tesla India website, and avail the test drives between 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. during the pop-up period, said a release.
