The Election Commission will conduct special camps at all polling stations in the State to help citizens submit claims and objections to the draft electoral roll, which was published on December 19 as part of the Special Intensive Revision.

According to a press release, Chief Electoral Officer Archana Patnaik said the period for filing claims and objections began on December 19 and will continue till January 18, 2026.

To facilitate the submission of applications during this period, special camps will be conducted on December 27 and 28, and on January 3 and 4 next year.

During this period, those whose names are not included in the draft electoral roll, as well as newly eligible citizens, can apply for inclusion by submitting Form 6 and the declaration form. An elector can submit Form 7 to object to a proposed inclusion or seek deletion of a name from the existing electoral roll.

Those who have shifted their residence, require corrections in the entries, seek a replacement of their EPIC, or wish to mark persons with disabilities can apply through Form 8, the release added.
