One candidate from Karnataka was among the 12 who secured 100 percentile in the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025, the all-India entrance exam for admission into the Indian Institute of Managements (IIMs) and other top business schools in the country.

The results, declared on Wednesday, had 10 male and two female students score a 100 percentile. Among them, three are from the engineering stream. A statement said that 26 candidates (22 male and 4 female) secured a 99.99 percentile and another 26 students, including one from Karnataka secured a 99.98 percentile.

The release further said that IIMs will release their shortlists for subsequent admission processes based on the CAT-2025 scores and other criteria specific to each IIM’s admission policiy. “Ninety-three non-IIM institutions will also use CAT-2025 scores this year for admission into their management programmes,” it said.
